Arrive by 11:45 AM. Mass Meditation event takes place from 12 – 12:30 PM
Extended yoga and meditation opportunities immediately following the program.
Museum Admission is complimentary through 12:30 PM
All of Sacramento is invited to join a mass meditation on September 21 at noon in honor of International Day of Peace. Find your zen amidst the otherworldly paintings of Another World: the Transcendental Painting Group with a guided group meditation and other reflective activities, led by experts from spiritual and secular backgrounds. An extended experience will be offered in the gallery for those who wish to stay after the program ends. Arrive early to find a stool or chair, or bring your yoga mats and pillows to settle in on the gallery floor.
