Withdrawals must be made in writing by emailing emoore@crockerart.org. If a student withdraws from a class a class credit, minus a $25 processing fee, is given upon requests in writing seven or more business days before the first class. A class credit of 50-percent of the class fee is given upon requests if received less than seven business days before the first meeting. Class credit can be used for future studio experiences. No credits are given on requests made or received on the day of the class or for classes with fees of less than $25. Make-up classes are not offered, and student replacement requests are not accepted within seven business days before the first class. Class registration fees cannot be prorated due to student absences. Full refunds are only given on the rare occasion that the Crocker must cancel a class.
